摘要
概述了强磁选技术应用于钒钛磁铁矿选钛工艺中的研究结果和生产实践。强磁选机在选钛工艺中表现出良好的预选抛尾作用,回收率较高;螺旋选矿机与强磁选机联合使用,可有效提高精矿TiO_2品位和回收率,为后续精选作业创造有利条件。
This paper describes the research results and production practice of application of high intensity magnetic separation technigue in titanium separation from vanadium-bearing titanomagnetite minerals.High intensity magnetic separator has good tail-discarding effect, and the recovery of the magnetic separation stage is higher.The combined use of spirals and high intensity magnetic separators can increase effectively the concentrate grade and recovery, creating favourable conditions for sequent cleaning operation.
