摘要
在差热分析仪上研究了不同配方低铝硅比生料的烧结温度,对各正烧熟料进行了标准溶出试验。结果表明,该烧成温度可以满足工业生产要求,适当的配方所得低铝硅比熟料也可以获得满意的A1_2O_3和Na_2O溶出率。
The sintering temperatures of different low Al2O3/SiO2 ratio crude materials were measured with a differential thermal analyzer, and a standard leaching test was carried out of various grogs. The sintering temperatures obtained by the test can meet the requirements for industrial production,and satisfactory leaching rates of Al2O3 and Na2O can be obtained by using grops with appropriate Al2O3/SiO2 ratioes.
