摘要 通过热兑法微碳铬铁工艺试验及生产数据,对热见过程中熔体成分、重量、碱度、粘度、熔点、、实际温度等化学物理变化,以及影响Cr2O3还原速度、还原程度的各种因素进行了分析,为选择合适的热兑操作方法和制订具体的操作规程提供了理论依据。 Abstract The paper analyses chemical and physical changes such as melt component, weight, alkalinity, viscosity, melten point, actual temperature etc and factors affacting Cr2O3 reducing rate, degree by Perrin-process test and data from producing extra low FeCr, and provides theoretical basis for selecting suitable hot-metal pouring process and determining specific operation rules.
