摘要
目的在建立的缓慢型心律失常动物模型上,研究强心复脉颗粒对该模型的影响作用及其作用机理。方法用异搏定造成小鼠心动过缓模型;用30%甲醛外敷窦房结区表面,造家兔窦房结急性损伤致缓慢型心律失常模型。观察强心复脉颗粒对上述两种心律失常的影响,并设模型对照组和阳性治疗对照组。结果强心复脉颗粒对异搏定所致小鼠心率减慢有明显的提高作用,与对照组比较差异有显著性意义。对甲醛致家兔窦房结急性损伤有保护和促修复作用,能明显提高心率。十二指肠给药30min后,平均心率较对照组有明显的提高,并维持至120min观察期。结论强心复脉颗粒对异搏定致小鼠缓慢型心律失常有明显的拮抗作用;对甲醛致家兔窦房结急性损伤诱发缓慢型心律失常具有改善心率的作用。
Objective To study the effect of Qiang Xin Fu Mai granules on the model and its mechanism on the basis of the establishing of animal brady arrhythmia model. Methods Mouse bradycardia model was made by Yi Bo Ding. Rabbit brady arrhythmia model due to acute sinoatrial node damage was made by overlaying 30% formaldehyde on the surface of sinoatrial node area. The effects of Qiang Xin Fu Mai granules on the above - mentioned two types of arrhythmia were observed, and the model control group and the positive therapeutic control group were established. Results Qiang Xin Fu Mai granules obviously improved the condition of mouse bradycardia caused by Yi Bo Ding. And there was a significant difference compared with the control group. It had protective and repairment - improving effects on the rabbit's acute sinoatrial node damage caused by formaldehyde , and obviously improved the heart rate. 30min after the administration of medicine to duodenum, the mean heart rate had a significant improvement compared with the control group, and maintained to 120min of the observation period. Conclusion Qiang Xin Fu Mai granules has an obvious counteraction to the mouse brady arrhythmia caused by Yi Bo Ding, and can improve the heart rate of rabbit brady arrhythmia due to acute sinoatrial node damage caused by formaldehyde.
