摘要
采用HPLC法测定解毒清咽茶剂中绿原酸的含量。色谱柱：Lichrospher C18；流动相：乙腈-0．4％磷酸溶液（13：87）；检测波长：327nm。绿原酸线性范围为0．064—0．576μg，r=0．9998；平均回收率为98．9％，RSD=1．08％。该方法准确、重现性好、简便、易行，可用于该制剂的质量控制。
A HPLC determination method of Chlorogenic Acid in Jiedu Qingyan Tea was established. A Lichrospher C18 column was used with acetonitrile and 0. 4% phosphoric acid solution （ 13 ： 87 ） as the mobile phase. A good linear was obtained in the range of 0. 064 -0. 576μg, （ r = 0. 9998 ）. The average recovery was 98.9% （RSD = 1.08% ）. The result shows that the method is accurate, reproducible, simple and easy, and could be used for the quality control.
