摘要 目的:建立快速测定人血白蛋白制剂中痕量铝的新方法。方法:采用具有横向加热石墨炉原子化器系统和纵向塞曼效应背景校正的原子吸收光谱仪测定了人血白蛋白中的痕量铝。结果:本方法的特征量为39.7 pg,检出限为0.51 ng·mL^(-1),RSD 为8.2%,回收率为90.2%~103.2%。结论:该方法操作简单,灵敏度高且结果准确可靠。 Objective:To present a novel method for the determination of trace - aluminium in human serum album. Methods: The trace - aluminum in human serum album was determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry with transverse heated graphite atomizer(THGA)system and Zeeman background correction. Results: The method characteristic mass was 39. 7 pg,the detection limit was 0. 51 ng ·mL^-1 ,RSD was 8.2% and recovery rate was 90. 2% -103. 2%. Conclusion :The proposed method offers simple instrumental operation, high sensitivity and accuracy.
