摘要
目的:对狗枣猕猴桃叶中的狗枣猕猴桃黄酮 C[山柰甲黄素-7-O-(4’-O-乙酰基-鼠李糖基)-3-O-芸香糖苷]进行含量测定。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法,使用 ZORBAX Extend C_(18)柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(51∶49),流速1.2 mL·min^(-1),检测波长267 nm,柱温25℃。结果:狗枣猕猴桃黄酮 C 在进样量0.5~10μg范围内有良好的线性关系,r 为0.9999(n=6),平均回收率为100.9%,RSD 为0.50%(n=6)。结论:本方法对狗枣猕猴桃叶中狗枣猕猴桃黄酮 C 进行含量测定,结果准确,方法简便、快速。
Objective: To determined actinoside C [ kaempferide - 7 - O - (4' - O - acetylrhamnosyl) - 3 - O - rutinoside ] in the leaves of Actinidia kolomikta ( Rupr. et Maxim. ) Planch. Methods: Using RP - HPLC. The separation was performed on ZORBAX Extend C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5μm), using 51% methanol and 49% water mixture as mobile phase with the rate of 1.2 mL · min^-1 at 25℃, the wavelength for measurement was 267 nm.Results:The linearity was in the range of 0.5 - 10μg( n = 6), and the correlation coefficients was 0.9999. The average recovery for the compound was 100.9% ( RSD = 0.50%, n = 6 ). Conclusion: This method is accurate, reliable and reproducible to determine actinoside C in Actinidia kolomikta ( Rupr. et Maxim. ) Planch.
