摘要
目的:测定硫酸阿托品胶浆剂中硫酸阿托品的含量。方法:采用二阶导数分光光度法,测定波长为258 nm。结果:硫酸阿托品在0.1~1.4 mg·mL^(-1)浓度范围内与峰-零振幅值 D 呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.6%(n=6)。结论:该方法简便、快速、结果准确,适于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective:To determine the content of atropine sulfate in gel solution. Methods:The binary derivative spectrophotometry was used, with wavelength at 258 nm. Results:The concentration of atropine sulfate presented a good linear relation within 0. 1 - 1.4 mg· mL^- 1 with amplitude ( r = 0. 9999 ), while the average recovery was 99. 6% (n = 6 ). Conclusions: The method is simple, quick and accurate. It is suitable for quality control of this preparation.
