摘要
以“芦选一号”甘薯愈伤组织为材料,研究干旱胁迫对细胞水势、可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖、脯氨酸含量、SOD、POD、CAT活性等的影响,从而在细胞水平上探讨甘薯抵御干旱胁迫的生理机制。主要结果如下:干旱胁迫下,甘薯愈伤组织的膜透性显著增大,水势降低;可溶性蛋白含量在轻度胁迫下降低,而在重度胁迫下升高;SOD活性在中度和重度胁迫下升高;POD活性在不同胁迫程度处理下普遍下降;CAT活性在中度和重度胁迫下升高;脯氨酸和可溶性糖含量在不同胁迫程度处理下普遍升高。
Callus of sweet potato "Lu-xuan 1" were cultured under drought stress, then the effects on water potential, contents of soluble protein, soluble sugar, proline, and activities of SOD, POD and CAT were studied in order to understand the physiological mechanism of sweet potato callus resistance to drought stress at cell level. The results showed as follows: the permeability of cytoplasm membrane of sweet potato callus increased prominently and the water potential of them decreased under drought stress; soluble protein contents decreased under slight drought stress but increased under stress; POD activities decreased under different crate and severe stress; contents of proline and severe stress; SOD activities increased under moderate and severe degrees of drought stresses; CAT activities increased under modsoluble sugar increased under different degrees of drought stresees.
