摘要
山东铝业公司氧化铝熟料窖烧成温度自动控制系统,是一种复合型控制系统,即在常规 PID 控制基础上,增加模糊逻辑控制、前馈控制和软开关控制,通过软件自动完成不同工艺状态下不同控制策略的转换。该系统既保留了各控制策略的优点,又避开了各自的不足,增强丁系统的抗干扰能力。
The burnt temperature auto-controlling system of alumina aggregatekiln of shandong Aluminium Industrial Corp is a cumbined type controling system,i.e,On the basis of nocmal pressure eontrol,fuzzy logic control,front feeding-back control and soft swish control are added to the system.The control strategy changes in the various technology states can be automaticall completed.The system retains advantages of original control strategies and avoids their shortage and the and-interference ability of the system is raised.
