Spring resistance twist buffer has excellent buffering property,simple mounting and regulating method and it can be substitute for floating hinge type resistance twist buffer of inclining moving machanism at 10t converter.This device can decrease dynamic load,shock load and twist oscillation during starting and braking of converter.
