摘要 2C类蛋白磷酸酶(PP2C-type prote in phosphatases,PP2C)是一类丝氨酸/苏氨酸残基蛋白磷酸酶,在细胞内以单体形式存在,酶催化活性依赖于Mg2+或Mn2+。PP2C通过去磷酸化作用负调控蛋白激酶级联信号系统,参与细胞周期、胁迫信号转导、基因转录、蛋白质翻译及翻译后修饰等细胞活动过程。H2O2、不饱和脂肪酸、Ca2+/CaM、脂质信号分子等均可调节PP2C的活性。 The PP2C-type protein phosphatases (PP2C) are a kind of monomeric enzymes that present in both prokaryotes and eukaryotes. They are a distinct family of Ser/Thr protein phosphatases. A distinguishing feature of PP2C is their requirement of Mn^2+ or Mg^2 + for their activity. PP2C exert their negative regulations to protein kinase cascades by dephosphorylating at the Ser/Thr residue of proteins. PP2C have been found as the regulators of cell cycle, stress-lnduced MAPK pathway, gene transcription, protein translation and post-translation modifications et al. Their activities could be regulated by H2O2, unsaturated fatty acid, Ca^2+/CaM and endogenous lipid messengers.
