摘要
文章利用透射电子显微镜研究了4A 沸石晶体生长过程,并测定了一次粒度值.研究表明,随着浆化、晶化、老化条件的变化,4A 沸石颗粒的形状及颗粒粒度分布也发生变化;(NaPO_3)_6与超声振动相结合,4A 沸石晶粒能被有效地分散;在适宜的条件下形成的4A 沸石,晶粒分布范围窄,近于正态分布,晶体的白度大干等于95%,钙交换能力不小于300mg CaCo_3/g 无水沸石.
Growth course of 4A zeolite crystal is studied by use of electron microscope and it's once grain size value is determined.The study result expresses that the shape and grain size distribution of 4A zeolite grain are changed with the condition of pulping,crystallizing,ageing;4A zeolite grain is efficiently dispersed combined (NaPO_3)with ultrasonic oscillation;4A zeolite formed under proper condition has narrow range of crystal distribution,ceystai whiteness ≥95%,changeable ability of Ca≥300mg CaO_3/g non-hydrous zeolite.
