摘要
Q_(235)φ6.5mm 热轧圆盘条调直时进行伸长率为7.5%的冷拉并经时效硬化处理后,强度提高,屈强比适当增大,用于钢筋混凝土空心板的制作,可节省钢材10%~30%.
Through cold drawing treatment for 7.5% elongation and ageing hardening treatment as straightening out Q_(235)φ6.5mm Hot-rolled Low Carbon Steel Wire Rods,the bar strength is rised and the yield tensile ratio is increased.To produce reinforced concrete sturctural mamber made of this bar can save metal material of 10%~30%.
