摘要
依据对大量含硫油气井钻井过程中的硫化氢监测仪的检定实践,研究了当监测仪安装在钻井队的不同工作位置时,温度对监测仪置信度的影响、湿度对监测仪置信度的影响、以及使用频率对监测仪置信度的影响,建立了环境条件和使用频率对监测仪置信度的影响公式,把综合置信度概念引入对计量器具检定周期的评定。
Based on detection and practice on H2S Monitor during the drilling process of a large number of wells with H2S,the writers of this paper studied how temperature,humidity and frequency will influence the confidence level of H2S Monitor when the Monitor is placed at different situations and established the formula for influence of the confidence level of H2S Monitor and introduced the comprehensive confidence level to the assessment of calibration interval of measuring instnunents.
