济钢工业萘生产装置的扩容改造

The Extending and Reforming of Producing Equipment of Industrial Naphthalene in Jinan Iron and Steel Group General Corporation

由于焦油处理量的增加，需对工业萘的生产装置进行改造。主要改造项目有两塔移地新建，加大两塔的直径和塔高，改造塔的内部结构，提高系统的自动化控制水平，加大工业萘成品的贮存能力和转鼓结晶机的生产能力等。经过严格的安装和彻底的检查试验，一次试车成功，产量提高到４１００ｔ／ａ，结晶点达到７７．９℃，满足了生产要求。

Because treated tar quantity is incressed, the producing equipment for industrial naphthalene must be reformed. The main reformed items contain of constructing two new towers, increasing diameter and height of two towers, reforming internal structure of tower, enhancing the automatic control level of this system, extending storing capacity of industrial maphthalene product, etc. Through strict mounting and checking, the equipments are success at once operation. In the present, the product's quantity is increased to 4100t/a, the crystalline point is up to 77 9℃,they meet the requirements of production.
