以西部公共图书馆自动化建设现状为起点,分析了其业务自动化管理的功能需求,从资金筹备、基础业务准备、软硬件选择、人员培养等方面对地市公共图书馆自动化网络建设作了设想。

With the present condition of the automatic construction of public library in Western district, the writer analyses the demand of professional and automatic management of the library. And then the writer offers some suggestions for the automatic network system of the local library from many aspects, such as the preparation of the fund, the plan of the basic professional work, the selection of software and hardware, and the training of the staffs.
