摘要
分析了“开放存取”的译名及其相关概念、开放存取在国际图书情报界的发展,以及目前在我国的发展状况。
This paper analyzed the translated name of ＂Open Access＂ and some interrelated concepts, the development of it in the international books and intelligence field as well as the developmental situation of our country at present.
