摘要 针对目前人造板工艺研究的需求,提出并研制了基于并联组称原理的M icro-D型智能调施胶系统。该设备称重计量系统由3只高精度的小量程称重传感器并联组成,使满量程扩大了3倍而合成误差却降低了1/3;控制系统以C200HECPU42为核心,分别与称重仪、可编程终端触摸屏PT、操作控制台及Host主机进行链接,各控制节点可单独编程并通过链接协议进行数据通信。实验结果表明,该系统设备能够满足调施胶实验过程中的各项性能指标要求,系统运行稳定可靠,设计方案是可行有效的。 According to the requirements on the study of artificial wood plate technique, the Micro-D intelligent mixed and used glue system based on load cells in parallel is proposed and developed. The weighing system is composed of 3 parallel high-precise small-span load cells, so the full span is extended by 3 times and the error is reduced by 1/√3 times. The C200HECPU42, as the center of control system, has been linked with weighter, programmable terminals, operating console and host computer. Each control node in the system can be programmed separately and communicated by using linkage protocol. The experimental results show that the system meets performance indexes and the operation is stable and reliable, so the design is feasible and effective.
