摘要
通过分析原有变频恒压供水控制系统的不足,设计了基于解析表达式的模糊控制器。基于PLC的实现方法和控制程序,解决了由于供水系统存在的严重的非线性、大滞后而产生的水压波动;采用频率限制和压力补偿控制水泵始终工作在高效范围,配置小流量泵实现夜间供水,从而有效地解决目前变频恒压供水中存在的问题。
Through analyzing the disadvantages of existing variable frequency constant water supplying systems, the fuzzy controller based on analytical expressions is designed. The implementing method and control program based on PLC solved pressure fluctuation caused by serious nonlinear and large time lag characteristic of the water supplying system, By using frequency restriction and pressure compensation, the water pump is always working under high efficiency, and a small flow water pump working at night is included. Thus the problems of existing systems have been resolved.
