Synthetic Discussion on Law Enforcement of Earth-quake Administration in Shanxi Province

综述山西省地震行政执法工作在机构成立、规章制度建立、队伍建设及违法案件查处等方面取得的进展。为使地震行政执法工作逐步达到树立先进的执法理念、建立科学的执法体制和形成透明的执法体系的目标,对今后的地震行政执法工作提出了新的要求。

The improvement of law enforcement of earthquake administration of Shanxi Province is discussed synthetically from the aspects of founding of organization, establishment of disciplines, construction of troops and investigation and treatment of illegal cases. In order that law enforcement of earthquake administration gradually attains the goals of building advanced idea of law enforcement, establishing scientific system of law enforcement and forming transparent setup of law enforcement, new demand of the future law enforcement of earthquake administration is presented.
