摘要
法国著名建筑师John Novel设计的卡达尔多哈某超高层建筑,采用了世界首创钢筋混凝土交叉网筒结构.通过对该结构设计理念、混凝土徐变、荷栽、施工模拟、部分预应力、连续倒塌、交叉柱节点、温度收缩效应及屈曲稳定等多方面研究分析,发现法国工程师所作的原项目结构标书设计存在着交叉柱节点承载力不足、混凝土斜柱徐变变形差异引起主楼倾斜等重大安全隐患.进而采取北侧柱截面空心、节点内加钢板凳和环梁部分预应力等多项重大技术改进措施,确保该工程结构安全,恢复正常施工.
The super highrise office building in Doha designed by the famous France Architect John Novel, adopted the exterior net tube as main structure for the first time in the world. By the adjustment of structural design philosophy and studies of concrete creep effects, loading, construction sequence imitation, partially prestressing, progressive failure, cross nodes of diagrid columns, temperature and shrinkage effects, buckling etc, some important hidden troubles had been found regarding safety in structural tender design, such as insufficiency of cross node bearing capacity, building decline due to the large differential shortening from diagrid columns concrete creep effects etc. Finally, a series of effective technical improvements were adopted, such as changing lower stories in the north area diagrid columns solid section into hollow sections, adding steel bench in some cross nodes, partially prestressing in ring beams etc, to ensure the safety of the project and the reconstruction of the building.
