摘要
采用全新的循环加热方法制备了半固态LC9铝合金坯料,并对其工艺过程及组织演变进行了研究,讨论了循环等温处理工艺参数对LC9合金组织的影响。研究结果表明,采用循环加热处理方法可获得均匀、细小的半固态坯料,很好地满足半固态成型的要求。在620℃等温10min,循环处理3次,平均晶粒尺寸可达32μm;随着等温温度的提高、每次等温时间的延长,固相晶粒将发生明显长大现象。
A new cyclic heat treatment method was presented to prepare semi-solid billets of LC9 aluminum alloy. The cyclic heat treatment process was studied and structure evolution of semi-solid LC9 aluminum alloy was observed, the effect of technological parameter of cyclic heating process on the microstructure of LC9 aluminum alloy was investigated. The results show that under the cyclic heat treatment process, a semi-solid ingot of LC9 aluminum alloy with fine and desired non-dendrites microstructure has been obtained, which well fit to the requirement of semi-solid forming. With 620℃ soaking time 10, min and three cycle treatment, LC9 aluminum alloy can get average 25 μm grain. But too great temperature and soaking time will lead to grain coarsening.
