摘要
讨论了压铸镁合金的腐蚀类型,介质环境对腐蚀行为的影响和各种合金元素在镁合金腐蚀过程中起到的作用。认为对镁合金腐蚀行为和机理的认识仍不完全清楚,对接触腐蚀和应力腐蚀等多种腐蚀形式协同作用下腐蚀研究不够全面,这些领域是当前镁合金腐蚀研究亟待解决的问题。提出采用向合金中加入稀土等微量元素的方法,降低有害杂质的含量,改善合金的微观结构,开发新型抗腐蚀镁合金,是镁合金腐蚀防护研究的重要发展方向。
The corrosion types of die-casting magnesium alloys and effects of medium and element on corrosion behavior are discussed. The review claims that the understanding on corrosion and mechanism is still obscure and the research on the corrosion under co-existence of contact corrosion and stress corrosion is under improvement. So, it is urgent job to have better understanding and further research in those areas. And it suggestions are that the crucial advancement of magnesium alloys protection should be the development of new corrosion resistant magnesium alloys by adding alloying element to decreasing the content of inclusions and modifying the microstructure of alloys.
