型温和退火对铸造Mg-12%Li-Al合金组织和性能的影响 被引量:7

Mold Temperature and Homogenizing Treatment Influence on Microstructures and Properties of As-cast Mg-12%Li-Al Alloys

摘要 采用电阻炉熔炼、锂盐覆盖、氩气保护的工艺方法,在浇注温度为720℃,型温分别在100℃、200℃和300℃试验条件下,制备超轻Mg-12%Li-Al铸造镁合金并且均匀化退火。通过对显微组织和力学性能的分析,结果表明:超轻Mg-12%Li-Al铸造镁合金在型温为300℃浇注时,合金的铸态组织和性能比较好;合金经过450K×5h固溶后,组织十分均匀,力学性能良好。 The experiment was adopted by means of lithium flux cover and argon protection in a electric resistance furnace, the ingots of super light Mg-12wt% Li-lwt%Al as-cast alloy has been melted and cast successfully in the condition of 720 13 casting temperature and 100 13. 200 13 and 300 13 mould temperature, and was homogenized. Via the microstructures and mechanical properties analysis, the results indicate that the ingots of super light Mg-12wt% Li-lwt%Al as-cast alloy cast successfully in the condition of 300 ℃ mould temperature has the better casting microstructures and properties; the optimum condition of the treatment of the super light Mg-12wt% Li-lwt%Al as-cast alloy is 450 Kx5 h, its microstructures are even and have better mechanical properties.
