D-氨基葡糖盐酸盐体内外抗肿瘤作用实验研究

摘要 目的研究D-氨基葡糖盐酸盐(GAH)的抗肿瘤作用。方法用SRB法观察GAH的体外抗肿瘤作用,通过GAH对S180,H22荷瘤小鼠瘤重和生存时间的影响,观察GAH的体内抗肿瘤作用。结果GAH可明显抑制S180小鼠瘤体的生长,明显延长H22荷瘤小鼠的生存时间;对3种人癌细胞(HepG-2,LS-174,BGC-7901)具有一定的杀伤作用,以对HepG-2细胞的抑制作用较为明显。结论GAH于实验条件下在体内外均有一定的抗肿瘤作用。 Objective To study the antitumor activity of D-glucosamine hydrochloride(GAH). Methods The antitumor activity in vitro was observed by SRB, and the effect in vivo was studied by observing tumor weight and survival time of S180 and H22 mice. Results GAH was a powerful antitumor agent in 3 kinds of human cancer cell lines(HepG-2. LS-174. BGC-7901), especially HepG-2. GAH also inhibited the growth of cancer cells of S180 mice and prolonged the survival time of H22 mice. Conclusion GAH has a relative high potent antitumor effect both in vitro and in vivo.
