网络企业顾客满意感影响因素的分析——基于网络旅行社的实证研究 被引量:3

摘要 文章以网络旅行社的顾客为研究对象进行了一次实证研究,探讨影响网络企业顾客满意感的各种因素。数据分析结果表明:顾客对网络企业的熟悉程度、感知的服务公平性、服务质量和信任感都对顾客满意感有显著的正向影响。
