基于模糊层次分析法的军品供应商选择体系研究 被引量:24

摘要 针对我国的现实国情与军情,同时考虑到信息化战争后勤保障的发展趋向,建立了基于供应链的军品供应商选择指标体系,该体系可为当前的军事订货与采购制度改革提供一定的参考和依据;利用模糊层次分析法制订了军品供应商的选择方法,其中提出了一种新的三角模糊数排序的可能度指标,并将其与现有的可能度指标进行了比较;最后用计算实例对建立的选择方法进行了验证。 This paper presents the military products supplier selection index system based on supply chain, aiming at the real situation of our country and army and considering the development trend of military logistics in the information warfare. This index system can provide certain reference and basis for the current military order and purchasing reform in china. Secondly, the selection method using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is proposed. In this method, a new kind of possibility degree about triangle fuzzy numbers ranking is established and the differences between this possibility degree and the existing ones are also presented. Finally, a numerical example is given to carry on the confirmation to the selection method.
