摘要 基于复杂适应性系统理论,利用SWARM平台开发了基于多主体的群体行为模拟系统,应用激励学习算法和遗传算法实现员工在模拟中的学习能力与适应能力。用元胞自动机理论模拟员工的行为,并建立了群体系统模型,模型中的各个主体具有其自身的行为规则和策略,通过主体以及主体与其周围环境之间的相互作用和影响,表明了群体系统涌现出宏观层面上的特征。最后,基于SWARM平台,运用JBu ilder2005软件,开发了系统原型,给定一个初始的群体状态进行模拟,并对实验结果进行分析。 Based the Complex Adaptive System, in this paper, we use the SWARM platform to develop a simulation system which is used to simulate the action of multi-agent group. We utilize the method of reinforcement learning and genetic algorithm to simulate the learning and adaptability ability of the people, and use the Cellular Automation to simulate people's move. We also set up a group system model, all the agents in the model have their own move rules and strategies. Though the agents affect each other and the circumstances, the group system would emerge prominent characters in the macrostructure. Final, we develop our system by using SWARM and JBuilder2005, then simulate it by the given initialized group state, and discuss and analyse the experiment result.
