院前机械通气抢救急性肺水肿22例分析

Analysis of Ventilation Therapy of 22 Patients with Acute Pulmonary Edema During Prehospital

目的:探讨急性肺水肿(APE)的院前使用机械通气治疗的效果和可行性。方法:回顾性分析22例院前实施机械通气抢救APE病人的临床资料。结果:22例病人经现场机械通气治疗,低氧情况均明显好转,没有1例病人返院途中出现心跳骤停等并发症。结论:对于院前APE患者的低氧血症难以用常规治疗纠正者,应果断现场插管和使用机械通气治疗。

Objective： To study the effect and feasibility of mechanical ventilation therapy of the patients with acute pulmonary edema （APE） before hospitalized. Methods： Mechanical ventilation therapy was applied to 22 patients with APE before hospitalized retrospectively. Results： The improvement of the hypoxemia was distinct and no cardiac arrest was observed during the tripment to hospital after the mechanical ventilation therapy. Conclusions： The mechanical ventilation therapy should be applied to the patients with APE before hospitalized when hypoxemia can＇t be corrected by the conventional therapy.
