阿加曲班治疗椎基底动脉供血不足的疗效观察

Effect Observation of Argatroban on the Disease of Vertebro-basilar Artery Insufficiency

目的:观察阿加曲班注射液治疗椎基底动脉供血不足的疗效。方法:44例椎基底动脉供血不足患者随机分为阿加曲班治疗组(23例)和低分子右旋糖苷加复方丹参注射液对照组(21例),观察临床疗效及治疗前后彩色多普勒超声检测椎动脉血流参数的改变。结果:治疗组痊愈14例(61%),对照组痊愈4例(19%),两组有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗组总有效率(100%)亦高于对照组(76%);治疗组中治疗后椎动脉各血流参数均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05),且两组治疗后相比,治疗组各参数均明显较对照组改善(P<0.05)。结论:应用阿加曲班治疗椎基底动脉供血不足患者疗效显著,值得推广使用。

Objective： To study the value of Argatroban injection in the treatment of Vertcbro-basilar artery insufficiency （VBI）. Methods： 44 patients of VBI were randomly divided into two groups, Argatroban therapy group （23 patients） and control group （21 patients）. Results： In the Argatroban therapy group, 14 cases were cured, in the control group, 4 cases were cured, there was statistic difference in the two groups, the effective rate of Argatroban therapy （100%） was also higher than that of control group（76%）, in the treatment group each parameter （including D,SPV, EDV,PI, RI of VA） after treatment was better improved than that before treatment, and also these parameters were better than that after treatment in the control group. Conclusion： Compared with the traditional treatment, Argatroban had much more remarkable curative effect in treatment of VBI, and it was worthy of being wildly used.
