摘要
本文用固相烧结法制备了Fe2O3-MnO2-Co2O3-CuO系列材料,改变其中Fe2O3和MnO2的含量,并通过结构表征和红外辐射率的测定,分析了影响各波段红外辐射率的主要因素。实验发现,随着样品中Fe含量的增加和Mn含量的减少,样品在长波段的辐射率有所增加,而短波段的辐射率有所下降。选择八面体占位能相差较大的多种离子混合掺杂将有利于红外发射率的提高。
A series of Fe2O3-MnO2-Co2O3-CuO materials were prepared by solid phase sintering. The structure changed with different Fe2O3 and MnO2 contents. The main influence factors of emissivity were discussed. It showed that emissivity on long wave rose and short wave dropped with the increase of Fe content and decrease of Mn content. Ions doping of varies OSPE could benefit to rise the emissivity.
