Being an inter- basin, long distance water transferring project, the South- to- North Water Transfer Project is very important, for the investment plays a major role in the economic growth in that region. This article expounds the economic relation between middle - route of the project and the industries in the central region, analyzes in detail the impetus due to the investment in the construction, and the influence on the development of industries and sectors in the central region along with the improvement of conditions of water resource and the relation between supply and demand in the operation of this project.
