Eco-agricultural Policy Facing Challenge in China——Reconciling Agriculture and Biodiversity

生物多样性保护一直是环境与资源保护法学中的一个热点问题,而农业与生物多样性的协调问题又是我国保护农业生态环境的研究重点。文章在分析利用传统方法不能切实保护生物多样性的基础上,指出生态农业将成为农业发展和生物多样性保护的一个核心战略。通过对生态农业在协调农业和生物多样性管理模式的例证分析,提出我国生态农业政策面临的挑战及对策。

Biodiversity conservation has been a hot issue of the Environmental and Resources Protection law, and the reconciling of agriculture and biodiversity is a research focus in protecting the agricultural ecological environment in China. By analyzing traditional methods which can not effectively protect biodiversity, this article points out that eco - agriculture will become a core strategy of agricultural development and biodiversity conservation. By analyzing examples of management model of eco - agriculture in the reconciling of agriculture and biodiversity, the article suggests challenge and strategy that eco- agricultural policy is facing.
