对纸浆白度现状的几点看法

提高纸浆的白度对改善纸页的外观及印刷性能等没有什么可置疑的，问题是在提高纸浆白度的背后有一些值得注意的问题，如：漂白化学药剂的过多投入、漂白段数的增加及其相应设备及一些基础设施的增加、纸浆漂白损失的增大以及随之而来的对植物纤维资源的浪费、过多的漂白废液的排放对环境过程造成的负效应等等。困而对纸浆白度的掌握应有一个度的考虑。

hese is no doubt that higher brightness is beneficial to the outer appearance of a paper sheetand also to its printing performance. However,the practics of bleaching pulp to a high brightnessmay lead to problems such as excessive consumption of bleaching chemicals, additional bleachingstages in the sequence, higher fiber losses etc. Furthermore, increasing bleaching effluentdischarge will be resulted, bringing about negative effects on the environment. It is important,there to set up a logical target for pulp brightness with much care.
