摘要
根据液体喷洒和射流研究的需要,设计并试制了一套能够方便地对压力、流量、时间进行控制和记录的移动式流体喷射试验装置.该装置由供水系统、监测系统、行走系统组成,能自动显示和记录主要工作参数,设计了电动机和内燃机2种动力配置,自备水箱,有多个压力液体输出接口和自流接口,能够方便地进行喷洒、射流试验,能够牵引移动至田间进行试验.该装置的研制成功,为喷洒、射流元件研发提供了基础平台,填补了农业工程中流体元件研究领域的一个空白.
To meet the need for study of liquid spray and jet, a mobile equipment for experiment of fluid jet was designed and fabricaled. With this equipment, the pressure, flowrate and time can be controlled and recorded. This equipment is composed of three systems, the water supply system, monitor system and moving system. Experiment parameters and data can be displayed and collected by the monitor system. Two power supply systems, the electromotor and the diesel engine are used. When working in field, diesel engine is chosen. For convenience of the experiment, water tank and interface for different experiments are fixed on the equipment. All above makes the experiment of fluid jet for agriculture engineering more convenient and precise.
