The characteristics and composition of VRML is introduced, and the modeling and simulating method by VRML is studied. A kind of cutting robot is taken as an example to explain. Then the parts of a cutting robot and its structure are introduced, and the movement of the robot is also analyzed; finally the simulation using the above method is conducted.
