完善的教育①能使人求真向善,远离邪恶,因而是预防犯罪最可靠、最根本的措施。然而,使教育完善,由于要受到多种因素的影响和制约又使它成为一项最艰难的工作。为了有效预防犯罪,促进社会的和谐发展,我们不能因其“难”而弃之他顾。

Perfecting education can develop people＇s moral standard and keep them away from evil,so it is the most basic and reliable measure. However,becanse of the influence and constriction of many factors,it becomes one of the most difficult tasks to consummate education. In order to make our work more efficient and the society more harmonious , we can never give it up no matter how hard the work is.
