加快构建农村现代流通体系——推进农村消费和谐发展的重要条件

To Accelerate the Construction of Modern Circulation System in Rural Areas——The important conditions boosting harmonious development of rural consumption

目前我国农村商品流通领域存在“小、弱、旧、乱、高”等问题,加快构建农村现代流通体系,既是当前加强“三农”工作的迫切任务,又是开拓农村市场、建设新农村与和谐社会的重要条件,其意义重大。为此,在转变观念,提高认识的基础上,务必抓好六件事:积极组建以农家店为骨干的农村消费品经营网络、认真拓宽和强化农产品批发流通渠道、大力发展农村连锁经营及其服务体系、构建农村现代物流配送体系、组建农村商务信息服务网络、继续发展农村经济合作组织。

At present,there are some problems of ＂small,weak,old,chaotic,high＂ existing in the field of Chinas rural commodities circulation. Accelerating the construction of rural modem circulation system is not only the urgent task of strengthening the Three Rurals, but also the important condition of developing the rural market and building a new countryside and a harmonious society , which is of gerat significance. Therefore, on the basis of changing concepts and improving cognition, we must grasp six things： form positively the business networks of rural consumers, which takes farmers＇shops as the backbone;broaden and strengthen seriously the wholesale disfirbution channel of agricuhural commodities;develop strongly the chain operations and its service system in rural areas ;construct the distribution system of modem logistics in rural areas：set up service network of rural business information ;develop continuously the organiration of rural economic cooperation.
