摘要
目的总结上海盐酸克伦特罗食物中毒事件的教训。方法回顾整个事件的全过程。结果共409人次因食用污染盐酸克伦特罗的猪肉到医院就医,无死亡。采集样品的盐酸克伦特罗含量3.67~5990.06μg/kg。结论要较好地解决盐酸克伦特罗问题,必须修改现行的相关法规。
Objective To sum up the lessons from an outbreak of food poisoning caused by clenbuterol hydrochloride involving 409 patients in Shanghai. Method To look back the whole process of the production of the causative food (pork), from the pig farm to the consumer's table. Results Defects in regulation and supervision were found in all stages of the production of pork and pig's offal. Conclusion In order to resolve the clenbuterol hydrochloride problem, laws and regulations for food safety must be more stringent.
