捷克、波兰、匈牙利三国都曾经实行计划经济体制,在向市场经济转轨的过程中,不约而同地对各自的国有商业银行进行了股份制改革。经过十几年的改革,银行的经营状况得到明显改善。我国目前也处在计划经济向市场经济转轨的历史时期,也正在尝试对国有商业银行进行股份制改革。显然,东欧三国国有商业银行改革的经验教训对我们的改革将有重要的参考价值。
