摘要
本文主要通过文献资料、问卷调查等研究方法,运用人力资源管理、新闻传播学、社会学、经济学等学科的有关理论,对我国体育报纸人才流动的现状、影响因素进行分析和归纳,并从人力资源的角度提出体育报纸的应对措施,以期能为体育报纸业在制定和实施人才战略以及进行人力资源开发与管理过程中提供参考。
Through using the method of literature and questionnaire investigation, using the human resource management and relevant theory of journalism, sociology and economics, this paper made analysis on current condition and influencing factors of mobility of sports newspaper talents, put forward the corresponding measurement on it from the angle of human resource. The main purpose was to provide the reference for implementing talent strategy and human resource development.
