摘要
通过对参加街舞训练的40名大学本科女生锻炼前后的各项身心指标进行测试和比较。结果表明:长期的街舞训练对增强其体质,提高身心健康水平有着积极的作用。可使体型、体成分发生明显的改变,身体素质、心肺功能得到明显提高,降低焦虑水平,改善心境状态。
This paper made testing and comparison on physical and mental indexes of forty female undergraduate students participating in hip-hop dance exercise. The result showed that long-term hip-hop dance exercise had positive influence for enhancing physical fitness and improving the level of physical and mental health. The body physique and composition, physical fitness and cardiorespiratory function had significant improvement. The level of anxiety was decreased.
