摘要
对9个甘蔗品种叶片进行生长素、赤霉素、细胞分裂素、脱落酸4种内源激素免疫测定。结果表明:不同的基因型具有不同的激素含量,品种间差异较大。其中,台糖134生长素含量最高,云蔗89/151的赤霉素和细胞分裂素含量最高,Co331的脱落酸含量最高;粤糖93159的生长素和脱落酸含量最低,桂11的赤霉素含量最低,云蔗71/388的细胞分裂素含量最低。
The contents of endogenous hormones, IAA (indole-3-aceetic acid), GA3 (gibberellic acid), ZR (zeatin riboside) and ABA (abscisic acid) in 9 ratoon sugarcane leaves were determined in the laboratory. The results showed that the endogenous hormone contents were significantly different from different sugarcane genotypes. The IAA content of F134, the GA3 and ZR content of Yunzhe89/151, the ABA content of Co331 were the highest; but the IAA and ABA content of Yuetang93159, the GA3 content of GTll, and ZR content of Yunzhe71/388 were the lowest during tillering phase.
