摘要
在知识经济时代,人才资源开发已成为企业经营战略的重要组成部分。建立和完善符合时代发展要求的人才管理机制,不仅是企业生存的需要,更是企业成长与发展的需要。文章在分析了企业人才管理现状和制约因素的基础上,提出了建立企业开放式人才管理机制的思路及相应的配套措施。
In the age of knowledge economy, human resources management has become an important part of operational strategy of enterprises. Building and consummating the management mechanism of human resources (HR) meets the needs of both enterprises existing and enterprises growing and development. This paper puts forward a new open mechanism of talents management and its countermeasures on the base of an analysis of the current talents management status and the relevant constraints.
