非水滴定法测定马来酸氯苯那敏含量实验的微型化 被引量:4

摘要 目的:研究利用自制微型滴定装置测定马来酸氯苯那敏含量的可行性。方法:通过微型滴定和常规滴定对比,高氯酸-冰醋酸(0.1mol/L)为滴定液,结晶紫为指示剂,用非水滴定法测定马来酸氯苯那敏的含量。结果:微型滴定和常规滴定分别测得马来酸氯苯那敏的含量为98.73%和98.71%,平行测定结果差异无统计学意义(F<F表)。结论:自制微型滴定装置具有较好的操作性能和精密度,符合滴定分析法的要求,可用于测定马来酸氯苯那敏的含量。 Objective: To study the feasibility of self-made microtitration in determining the contents of chlorphenamine maleate. Methods: Perchlofic acid and glacial acetic acid were volumetric solution. Crystal violet was indicator. Results: The contents determined with microtitration were 98.73% and that of regular titration was 98.71 %. Mathematical statistics was adopted to compare the results of these two parallel tests, and there wasn't any difference between them. Condusious: The accuracy and precision of the result accorded with the demand of titrating analysis. The self-made microtitration was convenient and accurate, could be used to determining the contents of chlorphenamine maleate.
