炎琥宁、复方丹参注射液佐治小婴儿毛细支气管炎疗效观察

Observation of the effects of dehydroandrographolide succinate and salvia miltiorrhiza Co. injection on infants with sever bronchiolitis

目的：探讨炎琥宁、复方丹参注射液佐治小婴儿重症毛细支气管炎的临床疗效。方法：选择住院的重症急性毛细支气管炎患儿80例，随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例，治疗组使用炎琥宁10mg／（kg·d）、复方丹参2．4mL／d静脉滴注；对照组采用利巴韦林10-15mg／（kg·d）静脉滴注，比较治疗后两组疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率90．0％；对照组总有效率70．O％；两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：炎琥宁、复方丹参注射液治疗重症小婴儿毛细支气管炎疗效确切，未见明显不良反应。

Objective：To explore the clinical etticacy of dehydroandrographolide succinate and salvia miltionhiza Co injection on infants with severe bronchlolitls. Methods： 80 cases of infants with severe bronchlolitis were randomly divided into two groups： treatment group （40 cases） and control group （40 cases）, the treatment group was given dehydroandrographolide succinate （10 mg/kg daily） and salvia miltiorrhiza Co. injection （2 - 4 mL daily） while the control group was given ribavirin （ 10 - 15 mg/kg daily） for intravenous infusion. The curative effects of these two groups were compared. Results： The total effective ratio was 90.0% in the treatment group, significantly higher than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions： The using of dehydroandrographolide succinate and salvia miltiorrhiza Co. injection is effctive and safe without obvious side effect in treating infants with bronchiolltis.
