摘要
对用户电能计量装置的技术改造提出三点建议,以提高防窃功能、提升其计量准确性和安全可靠性从而提高计量装置的整体计量性能。
Three points on rebuilding energy measurement set for customer are suggested in this paper, in an attempt to advance the measuring accuracy, safety, reliability and total performance of metering set.
