摘要
采用有限元方法对变压器铁心“阶梯接缝”叠片方式的磁场、损耗进行了计算,分析了不同接缝形式对损耗的影响,提出了衡量不同阶梯接缝形式对搭接区域损耗影响的度量尺度.研究表明,合理选择阶梯接缝级数和工作磁密,可以最大限度地降低空载损耗.每叠铁心选用2片或3片与选用1片相比,损耗增加,但随级数增加,损耗增加的幅度减小,因此,在选用级数高的阶梯接缝形式时,可以每叠选用2片或3片,在不明显增加损耗的前提下可节约工时.
The finite element method was employed to calculate the magnetic fields and losses of step-lap laminated transformer cores. The effect of step-lap form on laminated iron loss was investigated numerically by using a new criterion. The research indicates that rational choice of the laminated step and the flux density in iron core can reduce the no-load loss furthest. Compared with the lamination with one piece only, the loss of lamination with two or three pieces will undoubtedly increase, however, the increase rate will be lower with raising the laminated step number. Therefore, two or three pieces for each lamination is a better choice for higher lamination step, and in this case working hours can be significantly saved without obvious increase in loss.
