摘要
研制了将MBR和A2/O工艺相结合的新型MB(A2/O)反应器,研究了MB(A2/O)反应器对城市污水的处理效果,并分析了其性能和机理.结果表明:出水COD小于20mg/L,平均去除率达93.80%;NH3-N质量浓度小于8mg/L,去除率可达88.42%;TN质量浓度小于30mg/L,去除率达46.05%;TP质量浓度小于0.3mg/L,去除率达94.70%.试验表明,MB(A2/O)反应器在保留对其他污染物良好去除效果的同时,对TP有极高的去除率,处理后水质满足《城市污水再生利用城市杂用水水质》(GB/T18920—2002)的要求.
By combining membrane bioreactor with A^2/O craft, a novel MB (A^2/O) reactor is developed to promote the craft for phosphorus and nitrogen removal. Its performance and mechanism are analyzed during the treatment of municipal sewage. The results of study indicate that the effluent p(COD) 〈20 mg/L, the removal rate reaches 93.80% ; in ρ(NH3-N) 〈 8 mg/L, and the removal rate reaches 88. 42% ; inp(TN) 〈30 mg/L, and the removal rate reaches 46.05% ; in ρ(TP) 〈0. 3 mg/L, and the removal rate reaches 94. 70%. Test results show that the MB(A^2/O) reactor has a particularly high removal rate for phosphorus while retaining satisfactory removal effect for other pollutant.
